BridgeWave Communications continues to enhance its eService Center customer experience with a new end user support portal that will be launched on October 12, 2009. Existing customers will benefit from more intuitive tabs in their dedicated support portal to enable ease of navigation to various services, including extensive knowledge-base, on-line ticket tracking and RMA tracking. In addition, customers will be able to search for answers to commonly asked questions, ask questions, browse the knowledge base, open tickets or request services. If you are a BridgeWave customer and do not have access to our support portal, please contact Customer Support: email support@bridgewave.com with your full name, company and valid email address to receive your Support portal access credentials.
